KEY PROJECTS
Recreation Center
From Inception to completion, this 7300 square foot custom building features two full sized retractable batting cages that convert into a full length basketball court. This project also includes a professional baseball simulator, fine art and education center, and a multi media room. Site improvements include swimming pool and spa, turf and travertine landscaping, barbecuing center, wrought iron perimeter fence with motorized self closing gates.

Casita and RV Garage
Located in Chandler AZ, This project includes a 1500 SF Custom Casita and an adjacent 2000 ​​SF custom RV garage. The Casita features a full kitchen, two bedrooms, two baths and attached garage. The RV garage features 20 foot garage door, 16 foot ceilings, and chip epoxy concrete finish. Site improvements include artificial grass and concrete pavers, 20 foot motorized vehicle gate, septic system, new water supply infrastructure, and upgraded SRP transformer and service entrance section.
Custom RV Garage

From inception to competition, this 5700 SF custom RV Garage features two 14 foot garage doors, 20 foot ceilings, level 5 smooth wall finish as well as commercial grade epoxy floors. This dream garage features 2500 square feet of space for classic cars and toys. The rear section of the first floor features a 2000 square foot cheer and gymnastics training center with professional grade built up competition spring floor. In addition there is a 1200 square foot loft with movie theater/game room and kitchenette. The garage is equipped with its own 200 amp service which feeds (2) 5 ton air condition units as well as (2) 2 ton mini split units and (12) LED high bay light fixtures.
Home Remodel and Expansion
A 1700 square foot home with three bedrooms and two bath with sunken living room is completely redesigned into a 2120 square foot open floor plan concept with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. We added 420 square feet of living space to the front of the home which includes a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, a dual sink vanity and a walk in closet. We reconfigured the two existing bedrooms to create a new hallway to access the new addition space. The transfomation is seamless as it looks and feels as if the house was originally built the way it is now. The kitchen features all new cabinetry, quartz countertops, glass tile backsplash and GE Cafe appliances. As you walk out of the kitchen towards the backyard you admire the 8 foot tall and 16 foot wide sliding glass doors that make the living and kitchen space feel so open and bright. The main living areas of home have new porcelain tile flooring as well as all 3 baths. The 4 bedrooms all have a beautiful engineered wood flooring which shows character for this ranch home. The home has all new dual pane windows and all exterior doors are new as well. The exterior features a new sand finish stucco with CHI garage doors, new landscape and paver walkway.
The Las Sendas build

A New Traditional style 4100 square foot 4 bed/4.5 bathroom custom home in Northeast Mesa. The exterior of home features sand finish stucco with beautiful wood and stone accents. The best part of the exterior of the home is the cantilevered patio which provides a beautiful view of the greater Phoenix skyline at night. The patio is equipped with commercial grade heaters, hidden electric shades, surround sound audio and a wood tongue and groove ceiling stained to match the wood accents around the exterior of home. The interior has all smooth wall finishes with coffered ceilings, solid core wood doors and beautiful built in cabinetry thru out. This build is truly stunning and we are blessed to be a part of it.

"First off, I feel like I hit the jackpot working with Elliot and his team of very professional and skilled subcontractors. We closed on our fixer upper back in February of this year and started off rocky with a very inconsistent and unreliable general contractor to lead our project. Come April, nothing had been done and my husband and I were feeling so discouraged. Elliot lives in our old neighborhood so I asked
him if he did home renovations and if he happened to have some time to come take a look at our project to see if this was something he would like to help us with.
